This application provides immediate access to a comprehensive database of diagnosis codes, eliminating the need for an internet connection. It facilitates efficient searching of diagnosis codes and displays the CMS-recommended mappings between ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes.

It is fully updated to incorporate the 2022 CMS revisions to ICD-10 diagnosis codes, alongside the finalized ICD-9 to ICD-10 mapping recommendations issued in 2018. The dataset also includes Present On Admission (POA) exempt codes for improved clinical accuracy.

Users can search using the official code names or input any diagnosis code directly. When reviewing ICD-10 entries, the application displays all billable codes within the selected group. Multiple partial terms can be entered simultaneously to filter codes that contain all specified terms.

All data is sourced directly from the official Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services website. Please note: CMS equivalence mapping recommendations correspond to those published in 2018, as subsequent updates are no longer issued by CMS.
